BEST SERVICE EVER FROM SICELO MASEKO CLAIMS DEPARTMENT

<p>I was involved in a car accident on the 4th of may 2016. There was a problem with my insurance as iwyze cancelled it by mistake. I spoke to Nkateko Mathole who worked overtime to make sure my insurance was reinstated quickly and my claim would be proccessed quickly. THANK YOU AUSI NKATEKO. I was then referred to the claims department where i was assisted by a caring and humble soul SICELO MASEKO. He made sure that my claim was registered quickly and that my car was picked up and taken to the panel beaters while updating me all the way. I took out my fastrations on him but he always kept calm and reassured me that i will get my car soon. I collected my car today from the panelbeaters and they did a great job thanks to Sicelo and MF Autobody. Thank you Sicelo from the bottom of my heart. This is what i call Best Customer Service all the way.....I will still recommend IWYZE to friends and family.</p>
