Be very carefull of IWYZE

We had car insurance with iWYZE and I was involved in a motor vehicle accident last year December 16th. I was hit by a speeding car from the back, taking me of the road. We registered the claim with iWYZE, submitted the police report and the witness number as per their request. It took them months before the claim was paid out and finally when it was paid out I had to pay an Excess of R7500 because the policy was less then 6 months old. According to iWyze they are suppose to pay back that excess to us seeing that we where not at fault, I was hit from behind and did provide the witness who saw the entire accident. Its been months and no word from IWYZE, and when we inquired, we where told that the accident was a loss to them as I was wrong coz I was on the on coming traffic when I was hit from the back. I do not understand how they would have this so wrong when they where given the statement and there is no oncoming lane, its just 2 lanes going the same direction. They then said we must provide the contact details of the witness which was done before and we gave them again and they disappeared. IWYZE please pay back our excess.
