Be careful of IWYZE insurance cover they are not a honest company

I had a building and contents cover with IWYZE. I had paid additional cover for surge and lightning strikes. The cover set to me had house contents under building cover and building cover was under house hold contents. When i submitted a claim i was told that I did not have surge protection cover and it was clear stipulated in the document but under and incorrect heading and they refused to honour my claim.
