BAD/TRAUMATIC SERVICE FROM IWYZE

Bad experience with Iwyze vehicle insurance.

My wife had an accident on her way to work while taking our kids to school as well. Needless to say that accident was traumatic, now we are faced with a traumatic experience with Iwyze who are behaving as if they do not want to cover the claim. One of the consultants also told her that it is a risk to be covered by Iwyze, the call is recorded.

The accident happened 12-10-2022 and it was reported immediately. There has been no follow ups or anything contact from their side, except that we had to make follow ups daily. The only thing we received is that my wife is now being investigated to check if she ever skipped a payment on her insurance premiums with her previous insurers which could go back as far as 3 years ago. She has not skipped any of the payments on her premiums up to date, now we get this added stress. In the meantime we are sitting with a damaged car and the trauma of the accident which is made worse by the insurer IWYZE in this case.

There is no zero on the rating or anything below zero on the ratings, the deserve less.

So if you ever need insurance run very far from Iwyze because instead of peace of mind you get added stress over and above the trauma that you are dealing with.

Previous insurers she had never treated her like this.
