Bad/Poor/Worst Service ever from iWYZE

Honestly we never thought we will have to write a review about an insurer we entrusted to cover our assets due to unfortunately incidents that may occur. We are honest people and we expected the very same kind of treatment from companies we deal with. From the day of inception, we never even once defaulted on the premiums nor act with dishonesty towards iWYZE

In my our years of experience with insurance companies, iWYZE is the worst company to cover your valuables against any unfortunately events. We were smooth talked into buying a policy at better rate than the rest not knowing that is as far as good service we going to experience with them, when we claim, we become dishonest people.

On the 22nd Feb 2020 my partner had an incident at home trying to reverse the car our of the yard, the car was seriously damaged on the mirror, fender, light and bumper and minor on the door, we called the insurer to despatch a tow truck as the bumper was hanging loose and making it difficult to drive, they came and towed the car away to Zambezi Panelbeaters.

Monday 24th, we made a claim and were told we can't register a claim without accident report, we were not aware of this as it was our first accident of this nature. We then went to the police station same evening and reported the matter and we were given AR number.

We kept calling for progress report and was told to wait as they are within their turnaround time for accessment, on Monday 2nd March, senior investigator made contact with my partner that he needs to see where the accident happened, on tuesday 3rd we meet with him, he checked the place and did his evaluations,.

Part of his theory to us is, the accident never happened at the site we showed him, obviously my partner cannot explain everything as it happened however we gave all evidence and ways on how the accident happened, the damage on the car together with blue marks on the gate pillar proves that the door, fender and part of the bumber was in contact with each other, the length proximity of the 2 damaged area is the same as the mark on the gate. The investigator yet is adamant that the incident happened in a different area, the next day after he went to Zambezi panelbeaters the theory now changes to a possibility of 2 accident that happened on the day, his worry is the gap between damaged areas on the fender, and we did explain that the gap is because, after steering in a wrong direction and hit the pillar, she put her wheels straight went out and thought the whole car is out however it wasn't the case and hit the pillar again with the end of the fender, part of bumper and damaged them with the light included.

During our discussions, he mentioned that if this case is of dishonesty, we can have our policy cancel and blacklisted for dishonesty. We feel iWyze does not have its client best interests, what matters is the premiums and when it comes to claims they try by all means to reject claims.

We have been looking at complaints about iWyze and all are regarding claims that they don't want to pay,

We refuse to be victims nor have our claim rejected because of assumptions from investigator, we gave straight proof and facts about the incident however it is still questionable on bases of assumption.

Another possibility that he mentioned is that we have to pay 2 access for 2 accidents, again 2 accidents because of assumptions.

We cannot be bul**** like this from company that convinced us to do business with then, they said they are best at that moment and we bought that.

As much as we honour our obligation of paying premiums timely every month as agreed we expect iWyze to also do their part by paying for legitimate claims.

Can this matter be escalated to the relevant superiors and please note we will complaint to all kinds of media till we get attention and assistance.

We need our car back as soon as posslbile.
