Bad/poor service

Be careful with Old mutual or iwyze insurance all **** guys. they never honor or payout claims. They will invest so much resources or go all out to have an excuses not to payout claims. My car was towed by iwyze to their storage after an accident then rejected my claim. I then asked to pay for the towing and storage, then i paid the cost before collecting the car which was already stripped parts and battery was also swapped. When i inquire about stripped parts and missing car battery by email no response by call they just transfer me from person to another.
