Bad treatment by iwyze

I reported an accident which affected the Turbo Charger. I left the car at the dealership, the investigator, Rassie came and took a statement from the mechanic at the dealership and the car was not assessed as per their policy. They refused to entertain my car after they had indicated that it's a write off. Our relationship broke down, almost one or two years after, they send me a message today indicating that my debits are outstanding, and they will be debitting my account..after the bad treatment and arrogance they gave me.
