Bad services ever

I'm writing to this page as a reason of a pain and a traumatic experience am currently expressing with IWYZI insurance which i have been insured with them since 2018 without skipping any premium and without any claim but guess what on my 1st claim which i have launch on the 18th may 2022 it hasn't been attended till todate i have sending mail left right center nobody respond to it when i call still the same i have been holding the phone for more than an hour even if you use there callback tools on there website there don't even bother to contact you just to process the claim it took them more than 3 weeks what do the thinks am driving right now while there dont even communicate with me regarding my claim process 'at least the assessment department that there assign did respond to me and said there have sent the report on the 20th of may but IWYZE haven't even bothered to contact me and worst of all there are not even responding to my mails or calls
