BAD SERVICE when my claim is in the process

I trusted iWyze but now they are making my life a messarable. They took my car on 26 March 2022 to be fixed and then I took the coutesy for 15days, They extended courtesy car until 25th April 2022 and that time I was thinking my car will be fine. Now the insurance told me I must return the car, when I ask what am I going drive to work and private trips they said they can't do anything. When I call the panelbeaters guys they told me this car might stay another 15days, which that 15days I am spending a lot on daily public transport to work and private trips. A week spending +/-800 and when my car is ready they are still expecting an excess fee. Neo makhele is the one handling my case under IWYZE insurance, he's no longer updating me on the status of the car. When I send him email no more respond. After this I am going to cancel this insurance. They don't care about me but if you miss the payment they will call now and then but now no once care. It's just a bad service from IWYZE.
