BAD SERVICE TO CLIENTS

Iwyze NEVER Answer their call, I was on hold for 1 hour and 23 minutes then once I was first in line the call gets forwarded to an unavailable extension! Utter NONSENSE! Imagine if I also stuck on the road far from home at night! Not the kind of insurer I want to be associated with!! 🚮🗑
