BAD SERVICE THEY DONT PAY OUT CLAIMS AND BAD COMMUNICATION

I'm insured by them since last year I've claimed for a second time now on my Xbox due to load shedding the power supply packed up now they looking for a Surge breaker in the db board where the surge plugs do the same thing. there service bs very bad communication very bad they don't reply to emails please stay away.
