Bad Service Iwyze opposite of wise. Poor customer service.

Old Mutual Insure (Iwyze) has successfully ****med me. My car was involved in floods, and I have comprehensive insurance cover for my motor vehicle. My policy schedule clearly states that I am comprehensively covered for water, flood, thunder and hail but they rejected my motor vehicle claim for the reasons that are ridiculous, I have tried to send objections. but no-one responds to claimsobjections email. Iwyze is a **** insurance. I also experienced poor customer service from the consultant who was handling the claim. I tried to raise my complaints with complaints department no -responded.
