Bad service from IWYZE Insurance

To claim one can wait for more than an hour before getting through to a consultant. One has to follow the same process when following up on the claim which takes you through the same system of logging a claim where you have to be allocated a time which you could be able to talk to a consultant which if lucky it could be 60 minutes. It also takes time to receive response on claims. They don’t even respond to emails.
