Bad service from Iwyze

I have been trying to lodge a claim since last Wednesday for my car keys as I was ****** and they were taken along with my belongings, I have a case number and all necessary documents however I cannot get assistance im always told they will get back to me which has never happened. This is the worst thing that can ever happen as one is not sure if the ********* will come back to take my car.
