BAD SERVICE FROM IWYZE
Most ATROCIOUS service from Iwyze team.. It took them 11 days to approve my claim. After this, proline furthermore take more days to fix my car. I have car hire on my comprehensive, I got a courtesy but only booked for 15 days. I don't understand how this happed because my policy says maximum of 30 days.. My 15 days almost over and I won't have any car to go to work. Why am I paying for additional fee for car hire if they use useless panelbeaters that are just taking time to fix people's cars..
