BAD SERVICE

What a bad service I got from this lady AYANDA OR YOLANDIE I m so dissappoint,is being for the third time she is dropping my calls while I was busy with her.my reguest was I wanted to do some other changes in my insurance since while I happy with them..but to be honest that lady she don't know how to work with people remember I was using my own airtime.even if I can ask to be called they don't.. please please fix this ok lady otherwise you will loss customer she is rude...I still want to do some changes but I can't get help.what a disappointing secretary
