Bad service ever

I have been struggling with iwyze for the whole 2 weeks with my claim. There is this other lady called Gugu who is ***********, she asked me to send the pictures to iwyze digital accesser and I did so but the amount was R4249 for rear bumper when I took my car to panel beaters the amount was R24808 and i have access fee of R4000 . The quoted my 2023 model car as 2013 and when u ask my the manager or complaints department they don't assist. Iwyze service is not value for money and I don't know whether should i continue with it or what and this other consult called me and said I am liable for that R24850 amount. And my claim is closed.
