Bad service

Please be careful when taking out insurance with this company.I took out car insurance and when i picked up a problem i was refered to Iwize,then old mutual insurance and ended up e mailing omnisure just to get a response. I had an accident on the 10 th of Feb and had my first reply from them on the 21 st of Feb aftet 28 mails to all the insurers at old mutual. Till today i was asked were there injuries where is the car ,send a quote or anything. But as usual you skip the payment or stop the debit order you get a reply the same day within hours. Their priorities are with the money not the insured,a pathetic circumstance for such a large listed company. Look around before committing to these ******** and aloof , staff only there for their salaries and not what the group stands for.Pathetic really!!
