Bad service

This insurance made changes to my policy without my knowledge. They have been sending my policy updates to the wrong email, and everytime I called,they would confirm the email. I have been complaining to them for ages that I don't get policy updates,but they always maintained that they sent them. I made a claim 2 weeks ago to get my mirror fixed,and the consultant I talked to sent me multiple documents to sign, which I was never offered before when I claimed. I told her that I was not comfortable signing things I don't understand,and she told me that all the changes to my policy were sent to my email on a specific date. I told that I never received any policy updates,and that's when she decided to let me spell my email. She found that the email on the system and my actual email were not the same, which means these people have been making changes I'm not aware of and sending the updates to a wrong email. I even explained to the consultant that had I known of certain changes that were app**** to my policy, I would have cancelled it. She sent an escalation for my query and said I would get a call to sort everything out. Next thing, I get an email that my claim was rejected because of 'non compliance', as I did not complete some of the documents were not signed..just like that!!! Every question I had for them about them sending policy updates to the wrong email, disregarded...I wouldn't recommend this insurance, they are cold, they took away my right to choose whether or not I want to continue with them after the policy changes
