Bad service

Iwyze has been the 2nd worst insurer I dealt with. They have still not sorted out my claim from June 2023 after the earthquake and the matter is still pending with the ombudsman. It is clear that they don't want to pay but they have the nerve to sms and inform me that I have been selected for exclusive low premiums. May Whites have a different experience with this company as they normally send out a white assessor who turn down the claims and I suspect it is mostly non whites. I wish someone can investigate this company.
