BAD SERVICE- DON'T DISCLOSE

I Got involved in an accident a month after being insured with them at around 04:00 am going to a funeral. Only the bumper was damaged. Had to pay R6100 X 3. first because it happened between 12:00 and 05:00. Secondly another R6100 because i had the insurance for less than 6 months and lastly the excess. Had to pay roughly R18 000 Before they could fix my car so i decided i will do it myself got a qoute of R8000 everything.

I called in to cancel and explained the lady my reasons. I then got a letter stating i'm cancelling due to less premium elsehere that time i joined Outsurance which is R400 More.

Would not recommend them to anyone oh lastly in a space of a month my excess changed from R5000 To R6000 without me being notified or agreeing to the change so was more surprised!
