Bad Service

bad service from this company,

I claimed last week Saturday and I was assisted by the guy called Vuyo Sithole, he requested that I send him a settlement letter and eNatis documents that was the last time i heard from him to this date no communication or whatsoever from him the guy is useless like his complaints department. I have complained to Iwyze complaints department it seems as if no one is working there because I haven't received anything from from them. I regret the day I agreed to be IWYZE customer maybe the solution will be sending TA Manuel, I Williamson this guys email, maybe someone will will respond to my queries
