Bad service

I have submitted a claim through IWYZE and I have been getting the run around by IWYZE. I have been getting SMS's that someone will call me to update me on my claim but no one has and I have had to call the claims department on numerous occasions and I keep getting the same answer that it is sitting with a line manager and waiting to validate the claim. It has been just under 2 weeks and no feedback as yet and I even requestes a cal back from the advisor and email the advisor as well but no call back and no response from the advisor. I wanted to add another vehicle on the policy but bad customer service may lead me to another insurance company.
