Bad service by iWYZE

I have insured two vehicles with iWYZE and one got involved in an accident.The was written off 2 months ago and all the documents requested were sent to them.I’ve called plenty times with no concrete feedback.Apparently they are waiting for the manager to approve but this has been 2 months already of paying without getting any service.I’ve been given a *** reference as my claim reference.I’m planning to cancel my insurance and look for an alternate insurance company.This is poor service , how can one wait for 2 months for a manager to approve.It’s disgusting
