Bad service by Iwyze

I was involved in a car accident on the 19th of July. My claim was registered on the 21st of July. Till to date my claim has not been approved. Is that fair. I never missed any payment but I am been treated as if I chose to be in an accident. It's three weeks already and my claim has not been approved.
