Bad service by IWYZE

I am feeling so down because IWYZE is really confusing me when I get then several smses that I need to take my car for inspection within seven days. I even hear that it will be lapse if I dont get to inspection venue. I called the 0800 number and they promised to send me an sms with with inspection venue but was surprised to get the debit while Im get threatning smses that my policy will lapse. I never recieved a comprehensive policy document until now, only recieved a letter about the towing/roadside assistance. It makes it difficult for me to trust IWYZE I get such service at an early stage.
