Bad service bad agents

This is by far the worst company ever I opened a policy for my mother and I never received any documentation, for 2 days I'm calling the consultants asking for my policy documents all of them hang up my call no one wants to talk , this is the worst service ever I'm cancelling the policy if this is how you treat your clients what will happen at claim stage sis they must close that department y'all failing us
