Bad service at iwyze

Dear Hello Peter

My fridge top part stopped working and the freezer is producing a funny noise, I started to notice all of these on the 15th of February 2020 and claimed on the 18th of February 2020. I and iwyze had an agreement to pay a R1 000 access fee and technicians will be sent to check on the fridge the next day which they did and they said the reason the freezer was making the noise was because of the ice build-up and they said the full report will be sent to my insurance. Later that day iwyze called me and told me my claim was rejected cause they do not know what was the problem with the fridge and was also told to switch off the fridge whenever I hear the noise from the freezer so that the ice can melt, then I told the consultant that I was not happy with their decision because I did not get the full report about the fridge they only spoke about the ice in the freezer and nothing was said about the top cabin which was the main concern so when I asked the consultant he said he has to contact the technicians on that which clearly shows that the claim was rejected without the full report, that is why they had to go back to the technicians for answers.

On the 20th of February, I received an email saying that my claim was rejected because of wear and tear which is ununderstandable because I've had the fridge for four years. I'm writing this review with a very broken heart and hoping that hello Peter will assist me.
