BAD SERVIce and Underhand tactics
Bad service provider! Imagine they reject my claim based on my previous day whereabouts. I dont even drink alcohol but their reason for rejecting my claim is that I went to a pub!!! how pathetic! Everyone is allowed to visit a pub for ambience,Music and Good company. If this was one of the pre-requisites, then they should have informed me on their policy schedule that im not allowed to go to certain places with my car that I pay for every month. To add salt to my wounds, they debited my account, cancelled my car hire without even contacting me.
