Bad service and management communication
Am very disappointed with IWYZE am insured with them for 2 years … now they just send a police review documents with an increased premium and excess fee amount … just because its my anniversary ….. this tell me that I don’t have to be insured with the for a long .because that’s they way of chasing me up coz They keep on increasing premium if you a have a policy with them for a long period
