Bad service and a lot of lies

iWYZE- old mutual car insurance: This morning 4th May 2026, I had a flat battery and want a jump start assistance, as per the insurance I have 24 hour road side assistance I started calling their emergency number from 7am in the morning, nobody answered and finally 8:20am some girl answered I really got upset and I asked what kind of service is this She said clearly that they start work at 8 am and it’s Monday after long weekend so some delay I was like what to say we pay for 24 hours roadside assistance and this is what they give **** service A lot of lies Am still waiting a call regarding Really nonsense from them Got better quote from other company Am ending this relationship Beware they lie a lot Even hippo guys also lie on behalf of iWYZE this what I said last 1 month I am waiting for a call recording Not recommended Subhash
