Bad service after Hijacking

Their service is bad 😞 very bad For you to get feedback you need to phone million times. When get feedback you are told the claim is not approved because they do not cover the items.

But the contract does not mention anything about it.

Being a victim of hijacking with my phone taken and other items I would expect counselling to be offered but nothing on top of that am told my items are not covered.

And not since my car 🚗 is been taken by them from the pound I have not received it back it's been a month and 5 days now .....no car. Really not happy with their service.

I will never recommend it to anyone
