Bad service

This has been the worst insurance company to deal with our car was in a accident on the 23 of January 2025 it is now the 25 of February and the claim is still on going we have not had any feedback from the consultants at first BAFANA SHEKWALAKWALA was the consultant then he just never got back to use then we where told that he is on leave after numerous calls they put me though to the line manger Flippie Pieterse then he told me that RAYMOND ZITHA took over and send us a AOL that we signed after bafana told us on the first call that the access will be R4500 and R6200 the AOL then showed that the access will be R4500 and R6200 and R6200 then we told them that that was not what they told us now at this stage the car payment will still go off tomorrow but the car was written off because non of the workers are doning there jobs according to Flippie Pieterse they have settled the bank but there no proof of payment which i asked for last week Wednesday we are fed up with them the insurance will apparently still deduct at on payday which they did last month aswell where the car was written off could u kind advise
