Bad service

So I have written a previous review and gotton a call back from Iwyze and their system went down while they where talking to me and they told me they will be calling me back it has been more than 2 months no call back yet They expect me to pay for comprehensive cover but they do not pay when my house gets brokken into because my rente house do not have burglar doors so I am paying comprehensively but I am not covered comprehensively it does not seem right and please if somebody from Iwyze phones me back be a manager so that this problem can be resolved
