Bad service

After my complain the company promised to investigate my complain and revert till today I have heard anything from them. Up to the date of debit order I did not have a contract as per the previous complain. Hence they money was debited from my account without me accept the de*****eck sms.i also send several email on the 18 July 2022 without a response.
