Bad service

I have a very bad experience with IWYZE car insurance, I have been with them for 2 years, claim free, all premiums paid on time, when it's time for me to claim. They were not responding to calls. You would be on line for more than an hour, they told me I don't have an existing policy with them. Later they told me that I do have a policy. They processed the claim. But never give me a feedback. I had to call them and be on hold for so many minutes and their response was that they rejected my claim. Reasons, they made a quotation which was less that the damage, when I did the quotation myself it was 4 times more that what they said, the also added additional access fees because the was no 2nd car involved. It was just an object behind my car, and also because the license is less that 3 years. I was a 2 months before I complete 3 years with my LICENSE.

I would NEVER advise anyone to insure their cars with IWYZE.... VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.

They don't pay claims, never respond to their calls. And have additional access which are higher than the actual access fee. Poor communication.
