Bad Service

Am super angry with the treatment IWYZE is doing to us me and my partner we have went through a lot by house breaking that took place in December while we were away for holidays, we have house hold insurance for IWYZE Old Mutual which we have been super loyal to it never skip any installment, police came they did they part on their side and the case is closed yet still struggling to get service what we are paying for IWYZE we did send all necessary information they need yet still they take us to pillar to post for nothing that I don't understand am super angry because most of my everything like, life cover, funeral plans etc are within Old Mutual today they have shown me their true colors
