Bad service😡😡😡😡

I submitted a claim on 25 July for my window screen. Till today the car is not foxed and when i call the sub contractor who was supposed to fix my car they said the claim was cancelled becaus i was not comptehansively covered wich was not true. Then i called yheir claim department to check my insirance we found that the claim was comptehansive them we re-claimed on. 08 Aug then on 12 Aug I valled to follow up and i discovered that is was cancelled again this time no reasons

I am now very frustrated because I work.nightshifs and with a damaged winds reem which pose danger to me and the traffic officers are going to my case about it
