bad service

I had a storm damage at my home on 05 Nov, reported it to Iwyze and up until today it was not sorted. Roof tiles, facia boards, awning blew off and damage to ceiling, They sent an accessor, then a builder who did a quote, he took tiles from one side of my roof to the other side, now the other side is exposed and it rained alot causing more damage. the contractor called and said that Iwyze only approved part of the claim, I was NOT informed of this by Iwyze, I need to change my Insurer, they always trying to look for excuses for not paying. I am not surprised that this company has a 1,79 average rating, really bad service. When i tried to call them, I wait for ever.
