Bad service
I have insured my car with old mutual iwyze. In Oct 2017 I claimed for hailstorm damage, iwyze then referred my claim to Krugersdorp Panelbeaters whom after accessing my car approved and booked my car for repairs in Feb 2018. Since I my went for repairs I've been getting notification indicating postponement for completion of the repair. To date I my car isn't yet repaired and communication to it's completion is very poor. Worst referral iwyze has done,looking forward to getting myself another insurer.
