Bad service

I am very concern about IWyze service.my car was at their panelbeaters for repairs it's now a week IWyze have not even called to check their panelbeaters service. 1)My bonnet is nolonger opening how am I going to check water and oil? Am very disappointed and devasted and tired cause it's not the 1st time.
