Bad Service

IWIZE did not treat me well, I am isnsured with them......on the 1st of October 2021 I was involved in an accident and called them to let them know they told me about excess amount of 9000 because I was insured with them less than 6 months.....I am stuck now because I was never told about this and the policy document was not yet sent during the period of an accident.
