Bad service

I called them seeking for less car insurance and they gave me a quotation which it was affordable. The only thing that I didn't receive was a policy contract hence I have them all my personal details I have made several request of the contract to be send to me because I was told that upon received the contract I have 14 days to cancel. Another issues is that they send an SMS to accept the de*****eck for them to be able to debit from my account. I didn't accept it but to my surprise today they have debited from my account. What is this debit order all about because currently I am did not received a contract documents. I am not happy they way they conduct their business because without a contract I was unable to cancel the insurance that I have. I need my money back and they must do this in a proper money because I feel like this is a **** especially that I didn't accept the de*****eck SMS how do they managed to debit with my authorization.
