Bad #rd Party Claim - Services..

31st December I was involved in an accident and the person who bumped my car is an iwyze client.

I contacted iwyze numerous times to follow up on the third party claim with no satisfaction. They have requested me to send me a list of documents including damages to my vehicle , I have submitted this information on the 3rd of January 2019 and since then I have not even received a call from iwyze. I have tried to contact the call centre everyday and when I eventually get through there is no one speaking on the other end.

Really pathetic service from iwyze Im glad im not insured with them. I hope this can be attended to with immediate effect as I can not drive my vehicle to date. If there is Further delay in this matter and I will definitely be going to the courts to sue their client..
