Bad policy service

Iwyze policy my husband toke out a life cover last yearJuly and was paying for his cover they said he must go for an Hiv test but they did say when the date will end to take the test .after 3 months the premium drop and he was paying R178 then it was R144 . He called and ask why his paying this amount but they just telling him stories,he went for the HIV test in November some time and still no feed back from Iwyze .He spoke to them regarding the policy and they said they only covering him for Accidental cover where as he toke out a life cover he told them this is not what he wanted he app**** for life cover and they said he does not cover for life cover anymore and he said they must cancel it and give back his money for all the premiums paid but they refused and still the debited his account yesterday. This is so wrong and my husband does not want this policy anymore and Iwyze they should give back the money immediately. Bad service bad people that *****s people's hard earn money. This is the ****ers service received ever and the agents are very rude on the phone . . ...
