Bad insurance

I am very disappointed with iWYZE insurance. My husband was travelling with my car to Kuruman, and the road got flooded; by that time, it was not closed. I called iwyze, and they came to take my car to the nearest panel beater. Oh, everything started to go south for us. On the 21st I got a letter saying my claim was declined. Lol, been paying 1978 without complaint. The reason my car had a hole in the filters, lol, and my car has been moving without any sign of an engine. The car track log is showing the movement. I have been using this car for work and dropping off my kids. Now, I am so stranded, and the courtesy car, they took it. Oh, they took my car to auction, and wow, I had to pay R13150 to take my car from that yard. Iwyze, what a ****, my dear. You are taking people for stupidity. This money I have lost. I will never recover from this.
