I haven't received any feedback back from them there are the bad when it comes to handle the claim to their clients

28 Oct 2022, 05:30They just reply they don't take any action about our complain like really iwyze insurance is ******** people their money yesterday I've received a letter from them saying that my policy was cancelled on the 28 of July but no one told me that but they were keep taking my money every month and when I had an accident I did claim I was told my policy is active and their are the ones who gave the towing truck company am authority to tow my car and they said an assessor to come and check where the accident happened and requested my driving record from tracker that was in September when they done all of that but now my policy was cancelled on the 28 of July their are trying to find ways not to pay the claim and my Car is still with them 😡😡😡😡 red flag from me this insurance
