Bad customer service for a pensioner

I have experienced bad service with iwyze insurance , I took my car to them for repairs on the 24th of March 2016 and they promised that it will be ready on the 16th of April 2016 and the date was changed to the 20th of May 2016.

I then afterwards received an email saying that the car is a written off which I find it hard to believe it because when I drove that car twice taking it to the offices for repairs and assessment . They gave me an option to say that they will give me the car back and R15000.00 for repairs and that has not happened until now.

I have been dealing with a lady called Kelebogile.

I would not recommend IWYZE to anyone due to their bad customer service .

I can confirm that your matter was discussed with our claims manager and it was agreed that when you obtain the copy of your registration paper to please forward to Kelebogile as discussed.

It was agreed that your funds will be paid, so Kelebogile will be e-mailing you your Agreement of Loss (AOL) so when you receive it, please sign and return so that payment can be done immediately.

Just a reminder, your vehicle will be then taken off cover as from the date of loss so our Client Services Dept. will be in contact with you to confirm when done. I note that you still have Buildings cover, so your new premium will be discussed.

Once the vehicle has been repaired and should you wish to insure with iWYZE again, procedure is that you take your vehicle for an inspection, call our Client Services and advise of above and they will explain the process.

We do apologies for all the inconvenience and distress that this has caused you but can confirm that your claim has be finalised.

Best regards,

Rodwell
