Bad Customer service

I'm extremely disappointed with iWYZE. I called them on 19/10/2025 around 14:00 notifying then that I need home assistance. The first person said she will call me back and she never did, the second person at least managed to send me the reference number, but I went to sleep at 21:30 and the locksmith still had not arrived. This is scary to me because if we did not have the keys for the back door it means that we would have slept outside waiting to be assisted by you. I must look for another provide in case something worse happens in future.
