Bad Customer Service
iWyze Insurance has Bad Service, My Wife was involved in an Accident on the 4th of April 2023, Couldn't get hold of them On The Phone, ended up calling our tracking company that then assisted us.. They took our Car to Renew-it Randburg.. The Car wasn't properly fix, and we have been complaining to iWyze since June when we collected the car... iWyze is verrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyy quite, the only email you get is generic telling you how Important they value you and they will revert back To you.... today the 21st of August 2023, I'm still struggling to get to IWyze to repair the car correctly.....
